Job Description

Are you passionate about customer service? You want to join a dynamic and growing company? You are also a car enthusiast? This position is for you!

Reporting to the call center supervisor, the customer service agent is the direct link between our customers and the company. As an agent, you will have the pleasure of :

Answer incoming calls from customers seeking information on inventory, pricing and how our different locations work;

Guide customers through the website;

Listen, understand and solve customer needs;

Promote visits to our sites and enroll customers in our “Alert Me” system;

Promote the sale of various products such as batteries and tires.

Collaborate with various internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year experience in a similar position, related to customer service or the automotive field;

Knowledge in automotive mechanics (asset).

Interest in the automotive field;

Ability to navigate between different systems and computer applications;

Ability to comply with the procedures and standards of the call center;

Bilingualism (French and English);

Reliability, diligence and punctuality.

Additional Information

The work schedule will be 40 hours/week divided according to our opening hours which are Monday to Friday from 7am to 8pm, Saturday 8am to 6pm and Sunday from 8am to 5pm. We ask that our agents be available during these hours.
