Customer Service Representative

Industrial Supply Company seeking a self-motivated individual for a full-time inside sales position in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

· Answering phone calls-Providing price and availability, order tracking, etc.

· Sales Order Entry

· Cross-referencing part numbers

· Coordination with outside sales force

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Ability to multitask

· Excellent attention to detail

· Professional, upbeat phone manner

· Good communication skills-both verbal and written-internal and external

· Strong computer aptitude

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, a plus

· Geared toward excellent customer service

· Willing to learn new skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
