The Talent Acquisition Recruiter contributes to AHF’s mission by being instrumental in providing quality recruitment for our Administrative, Technical and Retail business lines in our Western Region/Bureau. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize work, pay attention to detail, work in a fast-pace environment ad provide quality customer-service. You will be instrumental in ensuring strong communication with hiring managers, daily reporting status, sourcing, cold calling & data mining. This position works closely with the HR Business Partners and various Departments within AHF.

The essential skills needed for the Talent Acquisition Recruiter role are:

• By being a team player, the Talent Acquisition Recruiter will work diligently to ensure the hiring process from creating a point of contact for Administrative, Technical and Retail business lines
• Ability to recruit talent for different Administrative and Retail business lines: Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, Legal and Out of the Closet Thrift Store.
• Must be able to travel within our Western Region as needed for hiring events: Los Angeles County, San Diego, Oakland, San Francisco, Berkeley, Las Vegas and Seattle.
• Ability to effectively source, negotiate, place, and on-board new hires
• Recruiting, responsiveness , tracking and providing up to date reports in a fast paced environment
• Full-life cycle recruitment
• Excellent closing skills
• Applicant Tracking System experience – ICIMS preferred
• The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be self-motivated and must possess good attitude.
• Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
