Essential duties include:

• Devise strategies and plans for the TA team
• Strong Analytics experience required
• Assume responsibility of budgeting and resourcing
• Recruit employees to ensure department is staffed with qualified personnel
• Coordinate and supervise staff providing constructive feedback
• Evaluate performance and discipline employees when necessary
• Monitor compliance to legal guidelines, internal policies and quality standards
• Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation procedures
• Excellent knowledge of standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts
• Lead DEI initiatives
• Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
• Good team-management abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
• Experience with developing Fellowship programs
• Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget
• Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
• Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
• Manage quarterly Glassdoor analytical reports
• End of year report
• Ability to travel for site visits and recruitment fairs/conferences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
