Working alongside a team of Recruiters you will manage the full recruitment life cycle ensuring that we hire the best people, whilst giving them an unrivalled candidate experience.

You will be going through CV applications, calling candidates, booking assessment centres, and following up with feedback. This is high volume recruitment and you must have a proven background in a similar background.

You will also need to have strong administrative skills to complete the necessary checks and paperwork.

Main duties

  • Sourcing and attract candidates from a variety of channels and screen inbound applications.
  • Booking slots on assessment centres
  • Pulling together job adverts
  • Completing initial candidate screening.
  • Help build and promote an enviable employer brand including support with social media accounts and events that attract a diverse set of candidates.
  • Following up with candidates to give them feedback following assessment centres.

Skills/Experience

  • Experience of recruiting for high volume positions is essential with a good understanding of the role requirements.
  • Ideally, experience in an internal recruitment role but experienced sales/customer service focused candidates who have been involved in recruiting for high volume teams will also be considered.
  • Excellent IT skills, including but not limited to MS Office, ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Proven experience dealing successfully with ambiguity or changing priorities.
  • A highly organised individual who can manage a busy calendar.
  • A self-starter, with minimal oversight needed to complete assignments and a proactive approach.
