We partner with world-leading universities and companies to help students bridge their skills gaps. It means for the first time graduates can apply to a job with the experience requested on a job spec.
Our flagship product is our Alt-Masters programme. Powered by our faculty, hundreds of students enrol to develop the Ai & Data skills needed to land jobs they love. Over 2000+ hours of teaching have been delivered through the programme with 94% of students saying they would recommend AiCore to a friend, and we are backed by some of the country’s best technology businesses.
Role Overview
As a vocational school, we are relentlessly focused on student outcomes. It’s not by accident that we have a 100% hiring rate within 4 months of graduation. Your role will be critical to helping us maintain this and push to improve it. You will build relationships with fast growing tech companies and sell access to top calibre candidates before anybody else has. Therefore you will ensure AiCore graduates have a direct path into these companies. You will be responsible for looking after the career coaching for our programme, helping educate our students on what they need to do to succeed in their job search. Interview process
We want you at your best, and won’t be giving you gotcha-style algorithms questions. We want to get to know you, hear about what you’re interested in, and learn about what you hope to do in the future.
1. Meet us and learn about AiCore
You’ll first talk to Haron (over phone) for ~15 minutes and won’t need to prepare anything in advance. The goal of this conversation is to make sure you understand what the role is, that the logistics work for you and a chance for you to ask any questions about our company, team culture, and product.
2. Technical interview

Everyone has different strengths, and we want you to do your best work. Our goal is to learn more about your approach to selling our students into enterprise.
We will send you a document outlining the key points of our students and school in advance. We would like you to prepare a 15 minute presentation on the approach you would take to establishing talent resourcing partnerships with enterprise at scale. Including who you would reach out to and what points you would focus on to sell to them.
3. Interview with the founders

You will have a longer, in-depth conversation with each Haron, Harry and Christian individually. This is so we can get to know you and mutually explore if we might be a good fit for each other. You won’t need to prepare anything in advance.
This is primarily used to get a better feel for your experience, how you work, and where you may fit in.
4. Reference conversations
We will talk to a few people you’ve worked with before to learn more about how we can best work with you. We expect to hear great things, so this is primarily to figure out how we can work with you as effectively as possible.
