YOUR TASKS

• Supporting refrigeration engineering with CAD drawings, Solidworks designs, revisions, and measurements
• Working with the global headquarters, assist with developing and redesigning existing products
• Developing drawings, Wiring Diagrams, and Schematics for manufactured and new products
• Maintaining, creating and managing local BoM, PSA, routings, and other production related SAP functions
• Creating, maintaining and managing local part number setup for all material and all departments
• Supporting manufacturing process improvements and technology implementations with existing operations, new product launches/transfers projects
• Supporting the local engineering change process and product improvement process
• Creates, maintains, and manages Standard Work Processes and supporting documents
• Partner with key stakeholders to design fixtures and tooling
• Perform other duties as assigned

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience working with operations/production teams
• Experience with coordinating and leading cross-functional improvements
• Proficient in CAD or SolidWorks programs
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and Outlook; prior experience with ERP systems is preferred
• Strong oral, written communication skills
• Ability to collect, organize and analyze data and make effective decisions
• Looks to address underlying causes of problems rather than just the symptoms
• Effective time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work and lead in a cross-functional team environment
