AHS Hospitality Hiring for Recruitment Consultant Job at Perth Full Time

Due to growth, we are looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant in a Full Time, 6 month contract (with the possibility to extend) to assist our HR team to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

Reporting into the HR Manager, Southern region you will be based in Perth and your key responsibilities will include:

• Posting job adverts through the Bullhorn applicant tracking system
• Phone screening candidates and scheduling interviews
• Ensure all recruitment administration is completed including employment contracts, onboarding paperwork and immigration checks
• Implementing and managing recruitment strategies to support the achievement of company objectives, including the reduction of turnover
• Maintain and develop relationships with Job Search Agencies

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Demonstrated experience in an HR, Recruitment or Employment Consultant role
• Knowledge of relevant Awards and Fair Work legislation
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high volume recruitment
• An eye for detail and a focus on continual process improvement to drive efficiency
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in dealing with people from diverse backgrounds.
