Job Overview:

Content Lead 

Working with the entire business, from yacht charter brokers & sales brokers, this role will into the Global Marketing Director and sit within the Marketing Team. This is an exciting role that will lead compelling global content development to help acquire and educate our clients, as well as grow our brand recognition and trust. Using insights, you will create compelling content to live across multiple.

Responsibilities

• Produce compelling content stories & themes – which will be executed into ‘snackable’ content across owned & earned platforms such as: Youtube, Podcasts, Email, Linkedin, Press Releases, Social Media Platforms, Websites articles/listicles
• Provide internal teams with s on content performance
• Keep the global content calendar up-to-date
• Own key brand channels such as social media platforms
• Liase with international teams to support in content development
• Attend weekly team meetings with key internal and external teams
• Brand content custodian for all creative
• Work with creative agencies for photography & videography briefs
• Interpret brand guidelines for our brand and partners

General

• Sharing of intelligence with the Sales & marketing team

• Ahoy Club ambassador at Events & Shows

• Participate in Yacht Shows as part of the team

• Continuous learning and broadening of knowledge base

• Clear demonstration of Ahoy Club culture and values in and out of the workplace

What we’re looking for:

A true multi-channel content expert, with a creative flare & a love for travel…

• Previous experience working across a diverse mix of owned and earned marketing channels

• A creative eye for fit-for-purpose channel content

• Ability to write compelling content depending on demographic

• Ability to write press-releases

• Experience in briefing creative production (stills, videography etc)

• Ability to work autonomously

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel, HubSpot or similar CRM highly regarded).

• Willing to travel as required
