AHA American Hospital Association Hiring for Senior Education Specialist, ASHE Job at Chicago, IL Full Time

The American Hospital Association (AHA) is a national organization that represents and serves all types of hospitals, health care networks, and their patients and communities. We are currently seeking a Senior Education Specialist, ASHE for our downtown Chicago office. This position is a hybrid role (three days in the office, two days working remote).

Starting base salary = $74,000 – $92,000 a year (commensurate with related experience).

Executes the specific projects, process improvements, and administrative tasks associated with the implementation of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) Education Conferences, seminars, and distance learning. This position requires excellent organizational, communications and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, and the attention to detail to ensure that information sent to faculty, members and staff is accurate and timely. Proficiency in the use of databases and general office software is required and project management capabilities desired. This position serves as an organizer and provides support to education staff in assessing educational programs and communicating with faculty. Works closely with meeting specialists to support their work and ensure all facets for coordinating ASHE education programs are executed properly, on time, and within budget.
