The role:
To ensure the provision of high-quality product support to Civica customer base, with key focus on Payroll Support.
Main responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to customers and colleagues
• Key focus on ensuring all incidents & service requests are dealt with in a professional manner within the SLA and to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Utilise knowledge and experience of operating systems and SQL databases to investigate and resolve reported faults.
• Aid in upskilling the knowledge of the Support Team
• To produce concise issue resolution and user documentation as required for handover to colleagues and customers.
• Develop knowledge and skill sets to confidently support all Civica’s HRP products and solutions
• Develop customer relationships and attend customer sites if required.

Essential experience:

• Strong problem-solving skills required
• Effective personal management: able to work under pressure, manage workload and achieve deadlines, ability to manage priorities and expectations both internally and with customers.
• Proven customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to provide clear and effective reporting and documentation.
• The ability to multi-task and priorities’ effectively
• Effectively represent both themselves and Civica
