What this role is all about:

We are looking for a Workforce Planner Analyst in Appleton, Wisconsin.

The Workforce Planner Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the sites are adequately staffed to support the added workload associated with system implementations while maintaining normal production operations. This role will work closely with both US and Canadian Talent Acquisition teams as well as site HC operations personnel to allocate resources where needed and leverage best practices.

• Collaborate with site leadership and HCBPs to assess current and future staffing needs including identifying roles that need to be overstaffed during implementation, acquiring approvals, and initiating requisitions.
• Alert leadership/leap team if staffing levels cannot be met on the required timeline and assist in the development of contingency plans.
• Providing ongoing global visibility to the recruitment process at leap sites including number of vacancies, candidate flow, and obstacles encountered in real time.
• Collaborating with US and Canadian TA teams to allocate additional recruitment resources as needed, including resources to staff virtual or onsite events, screen resumes, interview candidates, coordinate campaigns, etc.
• Analyze recruitment challenges at subject sites and work with functional groups to develop solutions or modify processes as needed.
• Provide timely accurate reporting of various recruitment metrics relating to applicant flow, hires, open roles, etc.
• Serve as recruitment subject matter expert by providing advice and support to managers throughout the recruitment and hiring process in partnership with the Human Capital Operations team.
• Assist in the coordination of the administrative aspects of the talent acquisition process including drafting internal and external job postings, placing ads, etc. for Plant Sites and business functions as needed.
• As needed, will support the recruitment process, by managing applicant process flow, screening applicants, and selecting qualified candidates.

What you need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in recruiting required.

Where you’ll be working:

• Agropur’s US operations produce approximately 1 billion pounds of quality, award winning cheese each year.  The US operations produce more than 20 different cheese varieties along with whey protein and dry ingredients.
