What this role is all about:

We are looking for a Lactose Operator in Le Sueur, MN.

The Lactose Operator I is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of all equipment and machinery related to lactose processing. This position also performs Clean In Place cycles, keeping all equipment and the processing environment clean and sanitized. In addition, this position is expected to clean and sanitize equipment and their work environment to maintain a high-quality food production environment. The Lactose Operator I may also assist coworkers with tasks within the department as assigned.

• 6:00pm – 6:00am, work 2 days have 2 days off work 3 days have 2 days off
• Double Time on Sundays – $1.50 shift differential
• Two pay increases in the first year

What you need:

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
