AgroLiquid Hiring for Logistics Coordinator at Williams, IA Full Time

About this Role:

This position manages a small team of truck drivers that transport bulk, liquid plant nutrition products to farmers and Ag retailers across the U.S. and Canada. The primary focus of this position involves managing and coordinating the scheduling of customer loads and driver pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage company drivers and contract haulers
• Prepare and manage the scheduling of Customer Loads
• Manage calculation and ing of Driver Pay
• Maintain and audit Driver Trip Records
• Run Shipping/Order s regularly
• Creates BOL’s as needed

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience managing or supervising truck drivers
• Previous logistics, transportation or route planning experience
• SAP, ERP or similar logistics/transportation software, Microsoft Office experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
