Due to our rapid growth, we are in the process of welcoming a well-organised, detail-oriented, and self-starting individual to join our International Search and Migration Division of the business.
About The Role
Working alongside the Skilled Migration Project Manager and our Recruiters, this role will see you proactively sourcing international candidates through a variety of methods, including database searches, LinkedIn and Seek Talent exploration and good old fashioned people networking.
Your primary objective will be to establish initial contact with potential overseas candidates, assess their suitability for specific roles, and present qualified individuals to project manager for further evaluation. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
- Assist with Skilled Migration Project Manager to implement sourcing strategies by understanding project briefings and plans.
- Utilize multiple sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates in targeted countries.
- Review resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and suitability for specific positions.
- Conduct initial screening interviews/calls to candidates.
- Maintain up-to-date records in internal system and provide timely feedback to candidates regarding their application status.

You will need to be confident and capable. Someone who is self-motivated and keen to keep growing and developing with the business. Organised and a ‘people person’, you’ll have first class customer skills and be exceptional at establishing and maintaining relationships. We’d like to hear from you if you can prove the following:
- Willingness to learn or previous knowledge of the agriculture sector
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
- Confident and able to effectively communicate with a diverse range of people
- Great phone manner and able to handle a large volume of calls
- Committed to continually improving and learning
