Job Title :: Billing Analyst

Job Location :: Phoenix, AZ (Remote)

Position Description ::

The Billing Analyst I will be responsible for day to day billing and billing administration duties associated with invoicing of customer transactions within the financial accounting system. The candidate must have excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform invoicing functions within ERP system for business units assigned to ensure all daily responsibilities are completed in a timely fashion with 100% accuracy
• Perform invoice uploads to partner portals timely and completely
• Generate reporting as needed to support invoicing, requests for invoice copies, and department metrics
• Understand the functional relationship between the ERP system and Billing processes
• Participate in Billing related projects to ensure all tasks, goals and deadlines are met in alignment with project objectives
• Assist with responding to Billing email inboxes to ensure inquiries are resolved in a timely fashion for both internal and external customers
• Assist with Internal and External audits
• Other duties as assigned by department leadership

Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar large, integrated, transactional/accounting system
• Minimum of 1 year of general office experience, billing or transactional accounting process experience a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under rigid time constraints Detail oriented
• Experience using Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work in a team environment, collaborative
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Education:

• High School diploma
• Bachelor’s degree optimally with a focus in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field or experience commiserate a plus
