We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our fast-paced and high performing HR team, where we are committed to enabling people to be the best they can be!

Role & Responsibilities
The HR Administrator will report directly to the People Director with a dotted line into the Regional HR Business Partners and Fleet & Facilities Manager.

• Be the first point of contact for all general HR queries including responsibility for managing the general HR e-mail inbox
• Monitor and maintain employee records in the HRIS (PeopleHR) by drafting, issuing, and uploading formal confirmation/outcome letters for e-signing and noting any contractual changes within the system.
• Support the recruitment lifecycle by posting job vacancies, setting up interviews, preparing offer letters and employment contracts, carrying out reference, DBS and right to work checks, setting up inductions and allocating health and safety training.
• Process resignations and follow the internal leaver process to ensure HR and IT compliance.
• Updating the companys org chart following any new starters or leavers.
• Administering employee benefits and arranging training or refresher sessions as needed.
• Assist with creating employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, as well as organise ad hoc charity or employee events for departments, regions, or the group overall.
• Support the Fleet & Facilities Manager with administrative duties and general queries in relation to company vehicles, health and safety and other areas of compliance
• Assist with employee relations activity, including taking notes in formal meetings and circulating to attendees
• Run and share key HR and health and safety reports to ensure the department is administered efficiently, line managers are updated, and the business is compliant with legislative requirements.

Skills & Experience
Having worked in a data sensitive role previously, you will understand the importance of keeping information confidential and secure. You will have a keen eye for detail as you will be processing a high volume of sensitive data and be familiar with HR policies and procedures.

• 2+ years previous experience working in a similar role
• CIPD qualified (or studying towards), or equivalent
• High level of computer literacy skills (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Call centre software)
• Experience of using PeopleHR (desirable but not essential)
• Be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently
• Great eye for detail, and natural ability to plan, organise, and prioritise
• Able to work in a busy and high-pressure environment and be flexible as/when needed
• Available to occasionally travel and work from other offices in line with business needs
