Overview of the Position

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join an industry-leading provider committed to changing wireless forever and connecting our customers’ worlds.

We are looking for someone to handle customer service interactions for AgilePQ as a Customer Support Specialist. It is the responsibility of the Customer Support Specialists to resolve complaints, make recommendations, and provide information about our company’s products and services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets via phone and email in a timely and accurate manner.
• Determine customer needs and assist customers in using specific features of their device.
• Analyze and product flaws (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users).
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and helpful customer conversations.
• Keep track of customer complaints and reach out to offer assistance and resolutions.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions, including information about inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Collect customer feedback and effectively communicate it across departments.
• Create simple training materials and train customer support teams on the processes.
• Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues.
• Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.
• Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.

Job Requirements

• Experience working as a Customer Support Specialist or in a related CS role.
• Knowledge of the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) and Lifeline Program rules is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to multitask.
• Patience is required when dealing with difficult cases.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems is advantageous.
• The ability to respond appropriately under pressure.
• Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
• The ability to speak a second language may be advantageous.
• A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
