We have a phenomenal new job opportunity for a Software Engineer to join our dynamic R&D team involved in the investigation and development of new products, processes and technologies.


The Opportunity
You will be part of a small friendly team within research and development, where you will have the opportunity to work on innovative and state-of-the-art scientific instrumentation and software.
Working within an Agile methodology, you will work on diverse projects, providing a rich challenge with no two projects the same. You will be working on application software using C# under Windows.

You will be working across the full product development lifecycle, and enjoy working both individually and within a team to help design the new products of tomorrow.
In this role your duties and responsibilities will include

  • The design, development and test for software applications and libraries primarily using C#
  • Translation of market requirements into a software architecture and module designs for your area of focus
  • Incorporating ground breaking technology into our software products
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable code
  • You will work closely with other software engineers, firmware engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers, and our marketing team to create complete systems
