A leading provider of full service office suites and virtual offices, is currently seeking candidates for a Receptionist/ Customer Service Representative position at our down-town Toronto location.

Our successful candidate will have a cheerful disposition, pleasant telephone voice, strong communication skills, and present a very polished, professional image to clients and visitors alike. This candidate should be articulate and organized and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced business environment. As the Receptionist, you will welcome and direct visitors while maintaining a professional and orderly office atmosphere; ensure clients are provided with the highest level of hospitality; perform a variety of general office functions including filing, clerical tasks, mail and courier handling; meeting reservations and working together with Management to accomplish team goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and have at least one year of previous experience as a receptionist or in an equivalent position. Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite and CRM applications is a plus. Candidate must possess the ability to work effectively as an individual or in a team environment.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Expected Start Date: 16/08/2021

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
