Accounting Manager

Agile CFO Solutions is a rapidly growing provider of outsourced CFO, controller, accounting, and bookkeeping services to small and mid-sized companies. We are looking for an experienced, efficient, tech-savvy Accounting Manager to join our team. The Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting the accounting team, driving innovative process and system improvements, and providing services to many of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and train team members performing accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, and analysis activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation, analysis, and presentation of all financial reports, taxes, and statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and KPI’s.
• Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Perform accounting, analysis, and reporting activities for assigned clients.
• Responsible for managing projects by organizing teams, developing team plans and facilitating project execution to achieve goals.
• Establish and document efficient processes and procedures for all clients and team members.
• Build and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and team members.
• Conduct regular financial performance review meetings with clients and provide insight/recommendations on improvement opportunities.
• Continuously identify technology and process improvements to help our clients and our company run more smoothly and efficiently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of Accounting or Finance
• CPA a plus
• Experience supporting multiple clients a plus
• Excellent with technology and software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong self-scheduling and management skills to meet deadlines
• Solution oriented – ability to problem solve for client
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and practices

Must be eligible to work in the United States –

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50,750.00 – $85,000.00 per year
