Communicating via phone and emails with buyers, sellers, and truckers

Following up on contracts & arranging deliveries

Coordination of payments with sellers & buyers

Obtaining inventory information

Supporting team to broker grain trades

Data entry and reporting

Qualifications:
Prior administrative & customer service-related experience an asset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
