Responsibilities :

• Digital Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and display advertising
• Content Creation : Develop and curate engaging and relevant content for our digital channels, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and website content
• SEO and SEM : Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to improve organic and paid search visibility
• Email Marketing : Create, schedule, and analyze email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and support resident retention
• Social Media Management : Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, create content calendars, and engage with our online communities
• Analytics and ing : Monitor, analyze, and on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Website Management : Collaborate with the web developer to maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current and aligned with marketing goals
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing and cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing and business objectives
• Stay Current : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to recommend innovative strategies

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing platforms, and content management systems (CMS)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges
• Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
