Agent Talent Acquisition Specialist

This position is for an in office role. We are seeking candidates in the greater Salt Lake City and surrounding area only. No relocation assistance is available and out-of-state candidates will be rejected. Minimal travel and flexible schedule.
We are looking for a candidate with sales, business development, headhunter or recruiter experience to attract candidates, tell our story, and onboard Life and Health insurance agents with our firm. An ideal candidate would be able to interview, qualify and place the appropriate insurance agents with our firm. The Agent Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with department managers on a daily basis to ensure new talent receives the necessary support to succeed. This role will mostly be filling 1099 or contract work roles with some W2 positions. Candidate will have hundreds of warm prospects to currently work, as well as additional new prospects daily from various sources. Candidate will have a company credit card with discretionary spending account and various avenues to attract talent. Our ideal candidate holds a sales or recruiting background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
