What does the job consist of:

• Propose solutions to meet financial objectives such as debt management
• Research and assess the consumer’s financial situation, credit and repayment capacity
• Follow regulations and guidelines in accordance with provincial, federal legislation and specific client guidelines
• Negotiate with clients to determine the best possible arrangement
• Clearly and concisely document the details of each call
• Advise clients on the consequences of bad credit
• Review and update credit and loan files
