Ageless Men’s Health is seeking a full time Recruiter to identify and attract the best candidates for our expanding nationwide company!

Ageless Men’s Health is the National Leader in medically-managed Testosterone Replacement Therapy. With 54 clinics in 16 states and over 1,000,000 treatments administered, we set the high mark for conservative Testosterone Replacement Therapy.

As a recruiter with Ageless Men’s Health, you will play a key role as a brand ambassador, leading our growth and expansion efforts nationwide. You should have the communication and networking skills necessary to attract and engage a strong network of top talent candidates, always striving to improve the status quo. A successful recruiter will follow-up with hiring managers on a regular basis to understand current and proactively identify future hiring needs. This position will be based out of our Scottsdale headquarters location.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit the best talent using a wide range of tools and techniques.
• Screen candidate resumes and identify top talent.
• Build a strong talent pool for a variety of markets and positions.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers across the company to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs.
• Report on effective sourcing and recruiting trends and recommend strategies to improve our recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.
• A passion to understand and engage top talent.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time
• Proven track record of building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, with Healthcare Recruiting experience a huge plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
