Do you want to get into in-house recruitment? An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Help in the Home service for a Recruitment Administrator.

Our vital Help in the Home service provides casual cleaners/home helpers to work in the private homes of local older people, helping them to be as independent as possible.

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the recruitment cycle from advert posting, to making verbal and written offers. You will conduct candidate pre-screening calls and sit in on all interviews. You will manage all recruitment paperwork including pre-employment checks.

You will be a skilled administrator not necessarily within hr or recruitment, but have a flexible approach and be able to work unsupervised. It’s essential that you have a keen eye for detail.

Our hybrid approach provides our colleagues with the opportunity to work flexibly in line with their role requirements with 2/3 days per week in the Hertford office.

Regular trips to our Watford Office by car will be necessary for this role and you will have a full driving licence, access to a car and the appropriate car insurance. As there is a permanent home working element to this role, you will need to ensure you are equipped for home working too.
