Age Rejuvenation Hiring for Accounting Manager for Multiple Medical Clinics Job at Tampa, FL Full Time

The primary functions of this job role are to perform all accounting needs, oversee and manage the Accounting Department; including but not limited to inventory management, processing payroll/commissions, some HR responsibilities. We are looking for a high-level problem solver that can bring experience and expertise to run our accounting department. The job role is working directly with the CEO and COO on daily basis. Hours are flexible as our operations are from 8 am to 8 pm. Please mention is you have any experience in Salesforce as we use this for our company CRM.

Responsibilities:

• Daily reconciliation of sales
• Manage employee purchases/deductions
• Onboard/Terminate and manage employees in the payroll system
• Maintain QuickBooks file to include all income and expenses
• Inventory Management/Ordering
• Supervise/Manage in-house and outside vendor financing
• Monthly Commission Reconciliation
• Financial Reporting to CEO

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• BS in Accounting or similar field
• Years of Experience: 5+ Required
• Data Entry and Quickbooks Required
• Problem Solving
• Multi-Tasking
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Required
• Verbal and Written Professionalism
• Salesforce Experience Preferred
