• Carries out ALL duties/responsibilities and authorities with strict adherence to the companies Quality Management System.
• Maintains records in accordance with established policies and procedures and audit guidelines.
• Communicates and coordinates with internal departments as appropriate.
• Participates in Audits as appropriate.
• Contributes to the maintenance of good housekeeping regimes.

• Undertakes continuous professional development (CPD) to maximise knowledge and understanding.
• Contributes ideas and suggestions to support the continued growth of the company.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Deliver a quality customer service

Job Specific

• Manage the movement of products/equipment/materials in and/or outside of the company.
• Receive Goods in and process as appropriate.
• Process inventory, bulk deliveries, sales orders, pull requests and picks as appropriate.
• Ensure the safe, secure handling and storage of goods always.
• Prepare and co-ordinate the accurate documentation for the shipment of goods.
• Ensures safe use of all tools, equipment and machinery for movement and storage of goods.
• Maintain accurate data and records relating to the products, including data sheets, log cards and airworthiness documentation.
• Ensures that they and all operators and relevant equipment assigned to them comply with the Manual Handling Equipment (MHE) policies and procedures that the company has in place.
• Forklift Truck Operator Licence.
