As an Ag Road Tech, your office is wherever the customer needs you. You’ll spend most of your day traveling to customer locations, diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs, and getting machines back to work. One stop may involve troubleshooting a hydraulic issue on a tractor, while the next could require advanced diagnostics on an electrical system or Integrated Solutions technology. You’ll work independently while building relationships with customers who rely on your expertise and professionalism. While you’ll have the support of your Service Manager and team behind you, you’ll be trusted to make decisions, solve problems, and represent LandPro in the field. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, independence, and the challenge of diagnosing equipment where it’s being used. Every day is different, but the goal is always the same: keep customers running and deliver outstanding service.
