We are currently seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to work in our Sulphur Springs, Indiana location.

Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for communicating with Ag Express customers, actively listening, educating, and promoting our products and services to meet their needs, which include precision products, monitoring/control systems, grain moisture testers, and wiring harness solutions.

The right candidate will be able and willing to:

• Receive and respond to inbound phone calls, emails, and other communications regarding Ag Express products and services
• Recommend, quote, sell, and coordinate delivery of systems and whole goods that we offer with guidance from a specialist or manager
• Coordinate with our purchasing department and outside vendors to fill sales orders using Acumatica
• Communicate with farmers and implement dealers concerning order status
• Follow-up on quotes and work orders awaiting customer approval or input
• Ensure that customers are satisfied by providing excellent customer service and support

Core Competencies:

• Experience in sales or customer service
• Agricultural background preferred
• An ethical, service-oriented, and positive attitude
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility, good common sense, and an outgoing personality
• Minimal supervision needed; works well both individually and as part of a team
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft 365 suite
• Attention to detail/accuracy
• Prioritization/time management skills
