Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Analyze transaction information to identify refunds, delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.
- Prepare and disburse invoices to customers as needed.
- Review and prepare invoices and pay monthly as needed.
- Flag and clarify any unsual invoices or amounts on invoices.
- Resolve issues with delinquent accounts through contacting and working with the customer.
- Reconcile transactions with statements.
- Maintain accurate financial record of all receivable transactions, verifications, etc.
- Send reports, cash flow and other financial documents as requested by clients.
- Collaborate with the fellow team members and supervisors to maintain company financial health.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
