The Opportunity*

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Clearpay, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our candidates and recruiting stakeholders alike. You’ll act as a partner to our recruiting team and hiring managers, keeping a close eye on our pipeline, communicating about the scheduling flow, and tracking & sharing various points of data throughout the candidate lifecycle.

The main point-of-contact: You are the main liaison between the candidate and Clearpay, ensuring that all communications and scheduling actions are timely, thoughtful, informative, and welcoming.

• Hosting our candidates: You are every candidate’s first point of contact at Clearpay! Whether they’re on site at our office or completing a phone interview, you have a “candidate-experience-first” attitude and make certain that every interaction a candidate has with our company is seamless and enjoyable.
• Being a partner: You are a partner to our recruiting team and hiring managers, keeping a close eye on our pipeline, communicating about the scheduling flow, and tracking & sharing various points of data throughout the candidate lifecycle.
• Tracking & analyzing: You will keep our trackers & applicant tracking system (we use Lever) spotless and up-to-date, also checking for any trends or patterns in the recruiting process.
• Help implement and update recruiting processes by identifying opportunities for efficiencies

Experience as an Administrator, HR or Recruiting Coordinator

• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and time-sensitive activities
• Working knowledge of applying data to make decisions
• Success with managing or supporting projects end-to-end
• Conscientious: You always put the candidate’s experience at the center of your decisions and actions.
• A strong communicator: Communication is one of your most salient strengths. You are proactive, clear, and compelling in your written and oral communication
• You like to keep it real with your actions, be brave with your decisions, do the right thing for all our stakeholders and shape the future with excitement.
