Our Team is looking for an exceptional individual to join our team in an award-winning realty group We require an Real Estate Administrative Assistant with a passion and a desire to manage the highly complex functions of a fast paced, dynamic, and exciting real estate team. Real Estate Admin, pre sale experience and Digital Marketing experience is essential, as is the ability to communicate, collaborate and multitask in a rapid, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate will possess impeccable customer service skills, be highly organized and self-motivated and much work well with others in a team environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Be the first point of contact for customers coming via website’s CRM
• Communicating with clients via email and phone calls.
• Maintain and update client database
• Load listings into MLS and Team interactive website.
• Digital Marketing (Team Social Medias, Online ads, website blogging and etc.)
• Managing all Social Media platforms.
• Maintain listing files in an organized and complete manner.
• Prepare listing and buyer packages for team members
• Schedule Showings for buyers.
• Prepare Agreements of Purchase and Sale, Amendments, Waivers and all other documents as required
• General office tasks as required by the team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have minimum 1-3 years Real Estate office admin, pre sale, client care, and marketing experience
• Must have advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office, Publisher, Google Drive, Date Entry
• CRM-based knowledge an asset
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Marketing back experience an asset
• Pre sale back experience an asset
• Speaking Mandarin is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00-$35.00 per hour based on experiance
