As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, CSR, you’ll interact with customers of a nationwide cell phone service provider to answer questions regarding their account. You just need to enjoy building connections with and helping customers!

What You’ll Do

• All customer inquiries are inbound only.
• We don’t make outbound cold calls or do telemarketing.
• Enjoy engaging with and helping customers with questions about their cell phone service.
