About the role
Our Talent Lead role is a pivotal role in Afiniti and requires a proactive, precise, and planned approach to our greatest asset, our people. The role requires strong engagement and networking with our current team as well as continuously building and nurturing a broader talent network. We use our data to drive decisions and the Talent Lead (with operational leadership) uses the demand report to ensure the right capability and capacity is available at the right time, in the right place. This supports growth for our people and our clients. In addition, the Talent Lead drives our People at the Heart (PATH) initiatives including frequent career development conversations, employee engagement and resulting actions to support leadership team. Most importantly, ensuring Afiniti remains a place that people love to work through living our values every day.
About you
You are a self starter, confident and comfortable in shaping your role. Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have a minimum of five years’ experience in resourcing/workforce planning/talent development/recruitment and love working with people, enabling them to flourish in their roles. You are data driven, engaging, bring positive energy and embrace Afiniti values – people at the heart, client focus and acting with integrity. You thrive in an operational environment that is flexible, varied where you can apply your experience and expertise to continuously improve.

What can you expect?
As a permanent employee you can expect a basic salary upwards of £60,000 (based on experience) with a competitive package (pension, life insurance, 25 days’ holiday), up to 10% discretionary bonus, flexibility with ‘work from home’ contract of employment (travel may be expected when safe to do so); latest technology and a strong supportive team.
