Affordable Alcohol Training LLC Hiring for Director of Hospitality Education and Development Job at Cedar Park, TX Full Time

We are LIQUORexam.com – a provider of online education to those working in the hospitality industry. Our courses include alcohol server/seller training, CPR training, Food Handler training, Marijuana Handler training, Bartender training and more.

We are seeking a detail-orientated individual with hospitality management experience to assist in expanding our footprint through the development of additional courses, all while managing the overall operations of the small business.

Duties related to course development include:

• Through research, experience and by utilizing our expansive library of educational materials, build hospitality-based online courses that are relevant, informational, effective and compliant (as required by each state respectively).
• Construct SCORM courses to host on our in-house LMS system (will be required to learn Articulate Storyline 360).
• Check for consistency, grammar, spelling and accuracy prior to launching any course for consumer use.
• Obtain information for each state relating to course and application requirements – apply to each state and provide any required modifications/updates in order to receive state approvals.
• Build and maintain relationships with state agency contacts (we primarily work with state liquor authorities).

• Manage support, compliance and sales team members
• Monitor course approvals dates
• Update courses as required by state agencies
• Monitor and verify required reporting for a number of state agencies
• Assist support, sales and compliance team members as needed
• Manage marketing and social media efforts
• Lead daily team meetings.
• Additional duties as required.

Course development and design experience not required. Articulate Storyline 360 experience preferred but not required. Hospitality and education experience preferred. Must be computer proficient, have good knowledge of business software (Word, Excel, email, etc), be able to multi-task and have a pleasant demeanor.

This is a multi-faceted role and requires the ability to effectively multi-task, while being flexible with regard to managing additional duties and tasks as needed.

This position will report to the owner directly. Office located at New Hope and Baghdad in Cedar Park/Leander (in office days are Tuesdays and Thursdays).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
