We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help us on our journey to make Affinity Water an employer of choice! Due to one of the team taking an internal opportunity, we are now looking to bring in a Talent Acquisition Partner who loves recruitment, is passionate about working with people and who is motivated by bringing about positive change within the organisation.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong recruitment pedigree who might be looking to get involved in TA related projects such as: EDI initiatives, cost reduction opportunities, improving the candidate experience and process improvements.

What are we looking for?

You will need to have experience of working within a recruitment agency or an inhouse recruitment team, we don’t mind what sector you come from! You will need to have drive and motivation to provide an exceptional candidate experience and be prepared to manage multiple challenging roles.

What will you be doing?

As a TA Partner you will get to know your directorate inside and out offer a consultative service to ensure we bring in the best people. This role goes beyond being a competent recruiter, you will need to partner with managers and advise them on things such as the market, what ‘good’ looks like and to manage expectations and own the process from start to finish. This is a highly rewarding role where you will use your excellent communication and personable skills to make relationships across the directorate and with all new starters.
