Juice Marketing is seeking a Director of Accounting & Finance to join the team in Kirkland, Washington. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and servicing day-to-day operations of finance, accounting, and HR administration. The candidate will be tasked with maintaining/contributing to company processes and upholding best accounting practices to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the executive team.

Responsibilities: The candidate must:

Perform weekly matching, monthly reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly closeouts

Manage collections, client payments, vendor bill payments, and vendor credits

Lead monthly financial meetings with the executive team

Perform a wide variety of other accounting duties including monthly client reporting for online sales, sales tax filings and payments in multiple states, processing online payments, and client invoicing in compliance with tax software

Manage online accounting, payroll, tax, and other systems as needed

Manage and run payroll for full time, part-time, and contracted employees while maintaining all state withholding requirements

Manage and update company insurance and benefits package as required

Perform other related administrative duties as required and assigned

Have 5+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance in a product-based business

Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or have comparable professional experience

Demonstrate the ability to prepare and analyze financial models and projections
-
Have experience in bookkeeping and sales tax for a multi-location organization
-
Demonstrate a proven track record of maintaining company processes
-
Have a high level of attention to detail and follow-through skills
-
Have computer proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Avalara, Shopify, Bill.com, Divvy, and/or A2X helpful

Possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Thrive in a team environment and be a positive team player
