THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the National Talent & Development Manager, you will support our NSW Operations team to identify and resolve key staffing challenges including talent acquisition and retention, workforce planning, oversight and management of the NSW internal talent pipeline and build knowledge and provide insight into the external talent presence!
About you!
You are experienced in Talent Acquisition and Retention and have demonstrated experience partnering with all levels including Executives, Operations Management and Service team members.
The position in based in our Centre Support Office in Brisbane (CBD)
