The Role

Reporting directly to the State Manager of Queensland, the purpose of this role is to provide commercial leadership and operational direction to multiple childcare centres based across the Sunshine Coast suburbs to ensure they operate in accordance with the Affinity Education Group Visions and Philosophy. Travel is required between multiple centres.

Responsibilities

• Operationally work with centres to make them leaders in the industry
• Ensuring all centres are compliant with all regulatory requirements
• Implementing and monitoring of centre policies and procedures
• Developing centre leadership
• Proactively leading a team and providing regular coaching opportunities related to business acumen and the childcare profession
• Overseeing and supporting Nominated Supervisors with performance management
• Monitoring and supporting Educators, Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisors around the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
• Managing customer queries
• Monitoring of maintenance and Networking with legislative bodies
