About the Entry-Level Recruiter Role

We’re looking for a recruiter to carry out our hiring efforts for our call center teams in Union, New Jersey and Houston, Texas. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a passionate talent acquisition specialist who is driven to help Affiliated find the best talent.

This position reports directly to the Head of HR. You will be an integral part of the human resources team, work closely with operations and own the strategy and execution of our high-volume recruiting effort.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Consistently source and screen high energy candidates to join our teams in various positions depending upon the needs of the business
• Manage recruiting budget for key online platforms such as Indeed and Zip Recruiter
• Continually refine recruitment strategies in partnership with management
• Strengthen our employer brand by providing a best-in-class candidate experience for local candidates as well as candidates being hired at other sites
• Coordinate and participate in the interviewing process alongside key business leaders to identify and select candidates
• Provide ongoing reporting on recruiting metrics to leadership
• Partner with other members of the human resources team on recruiting and hiring related initiatives
