Role :

Our Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing various aspects of our digital marketing efforts, with a strong focus on creating engaging social media content, overseeing website changes, and handling community management.

What you will be doing :

• Develops, executes, and manages comprehensive social media strategies across platforms.
• Creates compelling and shareable content tailored to each platform’s audience to include Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Monitors social media comments, resolves general issues, and s escalated issues to supervisor.
• Develops and maintains the website content (products, categories, news, etc.).
• Ensures website content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with marketing objectives.
• Optimizes website for user experience and SEO.
• Manages the website execution of online promotions and day-to-day production to include coordinating the implementation and tracking of all online advertising channels.
• Updates banners and product images. Collects, analyzes, and s on website traffic and products / services market trends.

Tracks and s on Onboarding / Re-boarding programs.

• Produces high-quality and engaging content for social media, including text, image, and video content.
• Collaborates with graphic designer to create visually appealing assets.
• Maintains a content calendar and schedules posts to maximize reach and engagement. Creates e-mail marketing campaigns and communications to include coordinating e-mail lists across individual campaigns, triggered campaigns, opt in subscriptions, and opt outs to ensure quality, consistency, and brand positioning.
• Fosters and engages with online communities to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
• Responds to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms.
• Identifies and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates.
• Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media, website and email campaign metrics.
• Generates regular s on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
• Uses data insights to optimize strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
• Responsible for marketing automation program. Researches and stays up to date on marketing automation trends and best practices.
• Serves as the subject matter expert in Prisma marketing hub and maximizes its potential by connecting it to marketing technology and financial technology platforms.
• Performs all other duties as required.

What you’ll bring along :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of similar experience.
• Social Media Content Creation and Website CMS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Java Script.
• Knowledge in SEO and SEM and how to implement and execute.
• Strong understanding of how blogs, social media, and Web marketing fit into a broader marketing mix.
• Highly creative, pro-active, easy to adapt to a fast-changing dynamic market change, and excellent analytical abilities.
• Deep knowledge of Marketing Automation. HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, etc.) including journeys, personalization, data segmentation, retargeting, and testing.
• Experience with project management systems (Asana preferred)
• Superior written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Team player, eager to collaborate with co-workers.
