In the role of Assistant Finance Administrator you will be responsible for performing a range of basic accounting and financial tasks including clerical and administrative responsibilities.

Our Assistant Finance Administrator’s are responsible for:

• Ensuring smooth and accurate processing for payment of claims
• General ledger recording for payment of claims
• Administrative support for the accounts payable
• Provide clerical support to the Finance team.

We’re looking for a talented individual who has an aptitude for learning new applications and processes, strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to apply knowledge and analytical thinking to find solutions to problems.

For this role you will need GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above). A university degree is preferred but not essential.
Experience with MS office (Excel, Word & Outlook).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Aetna International has entered into a preferred partnership deal with Allianz Partners. As a result of this deal, we intend to start migrating certain parts of our IPMI (International Private Medical Insurance) business to Allianz Partners. Completion of this migration process is likely to occur over 12-16 months starting from July 2022. It is anticipated that Aetna International will cease to conduct IPMI business by the end of 2023. Allianz has expressed willingness for some of our roles to transfer to, and/or be continued within, its organisation.
