Purpose of the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Demand Planner to join us full-time within our brand new Global Head Office in Collingwood.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall regional view of Demand and will collaborate across the business to obtain the latest market intelligence to facilitate the Regional Demand Review process.

You will deliver best in class Demand Planning, ensuring forecast accuracy targets are met and improved on, consequently supporting the achievement of service level and inventory targets. You will drive Demand Planning excellence and provide insights into KPI key drivers.

In addition, you will also be responsible for driving the Regional S&OP cadence through identifying trends, risks, and opportunities by reviewing performance and projection to our Financial/Commercial plan. This requires alignment of an 18-month rolling Regional Demand Plan on a monthly basis, in collaboration with diverse stakeholder groups across both Regional and Global teams.

What We Are Looking For

• A strong background in demand planning and forecasting, within a global fast paced setting
• Solid work experience in S&OP
• Strong planning systems experience (i.e. FuturMaster, Logility, SAP)
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ing – experience with PowerBI highly advantageous
• Razor-sharp analytical skills, should have the ability to evaluate, analyse and present data Attention to detail, structured/organised, solution/outcome orientated, resourceful and timeline driven
• Excellent written and verbal communication and a proven ability to communicate with key stakeholders across the business in an effective and timely manner
• Solution oriented analytical planning skills
• An advocate for process improvement
