Role Purpose

Aesop are seeking a commercially minded and delivery focused Head of Retail, ANZ to join our Retail team operating with a hybrid working pattern, based at our office in Collingwood. ing directly into Country Manager, ANZ, you will demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all communication, reflecting company standards and take an active role in building and maintaining internal and commercial relationships, continually assess, analyse and improve all operational aspects of the ANZ business.

What We Are Looking For

• An understanding of Aesop’s unique culture and a passion for the brand
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in one of the following: Retail, Commerce, Business Administration or Law
• Strong Change Leadership and People Management Skills
• Previous experience leading a multi-disciplinary team
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic plans
• Experience in or exposure to commercial retail, store operations, store design and/or property functions
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation experience
• Ability to work in a matrix structure or experience in complex stakeholder arrangements
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience leading and mentoring people and building a successful team culture
