We are currently seeking a Manager, Logistics at our facility in Camden, AR. This position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the AR Camden Logistics team.

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for the following services : ReceivingWarehousingInventory managementShippingTransportationMust be able to successfully manage and lead operational processes to achieve 100% safety, quality, schedules and cost targets with uncompromising ethics and compliance.

Requires a positive and teaming leadership style with the ability to lead, train and successfully apply the Aerojet Rocketdyne Business Operating System (ARBOS).

The position also requires the ability to interact internally primarily with own team and other supervisors. External interaction is typical with suppliers, vendors and / or customers.

Primary purpose of liaison is information sharing and basic problem resolution. This current opening may be filled at this level as posted or at one level higher.
