Candidates should be able to manage multiple projects and once and communicate with clients, colleagues, and prospective employees in a polished and professional manner.
AERMOR is a fast-growing company, with interests in a variety of technical fields, such as Test & Evaluation, Cybersecurity and Engineering Analysis.
Responsibilities Include : Communicate with the Operations Team to determine hiring requirements. Identify and utilize different recruiting opportunities.
Identify new approaches to streamline the hiring process. Represent AERMOR in public events, such as employment fairs and outreach initiatives.
Screen applicants, interview potential hires, and conduct reference checks. Required Skills : Communication : Ability to build positive relationships both within the organization and with potential and current business partners and clients, as well as to garner consensus and inspire excitement.
Collaboration : Ability to find or provide knowledge across organizational boundaries and to lead, follow, or contribute as needed in a team context to achieve common goals.
Critical Thinking : Capacity to examine issues and problems and compile extensive, well-rounded data to reach reliable judgments.
Decisiveness : Capacity to convert a range of options into a justifiable, practical choice when necessary. Organization : Capacity to oversee and manage several projects or lines of work at once and to accurately depict each one’s past and present development.
Research : Ability to quickly obtain data or discover solutions about subjects or people to support hiring, business development, and operations using online and / or offline research tools and databases.
Experience and Education : Degree in business, social sciences or related degree and 1+ years’ experience demonstrating the required skills for this position In lieu of a degree, 5+ years’ experience demonstrating the required skills for this position and one or more of the desired skills.
