AERMOR is seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented individual to provide recruiting support in a fast-paced, multi-threaded environment.

Candidates should be able to manage multiple projects and once and communicate with clients, colleagues, and prospective employees in a polished and professional manner.

AERMOR is a fast-growing company, with interests in a variety of technical fields, such as Test & Evaluation, Cybersecurity and Engineering Analysis.

Responsibilities Include :

• Communicate with the Operations Team to determine hiring requirements.
• Identify and utilize different recruiting opportunities.
• Identify new approaches to streamline the hiring process.
• Represent AERMOR in public events, such as employment fairs and outreach initiatives.
• Screen applicants, interview potential hires, and conduct reference checks.

Experience and Education :

• Degree in business, social sciences or related degree and 1+ years’ experience demonstrating the required skills for this position
• In lieu of a degree, 5+ years’ experience demonstrating the required skills for this position and one or more of the desired skills.
• Direct recruiting experience in military / DoD contracts.
