Call Center Representative
Duties:
– Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information
– Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
– Follow call center scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service
– Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance goals
– Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further assistance
Experience:
– Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Fluent in French is required
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
– Proficient in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
